👥 Guest Policy
We kindly host the bride along with up to two guests during the appointment.
This allows us to create a calm and focused environment tailored to your experience.
👶 Children & Infant Policy
Newborns of the bride are welcome. However, we kindly recommend bringing a dedicated guest to assist with their care.
Due to the nature and duration of the appointment, children under 14 are not recommended.
💳 Appointment Fee Benefit
If you decide to proceed with a gown purchase, your appointment fee will be fully deducted from your order.
⏰ Running Late?
If you are delayed, please contact us at +90 212 224 8000 as soon as possible.
Appointments may be released after a 15-minute delay if no notice is given.
👗 Dress Trial Experience
During your private 60-minute appointment, you will have the opportunity to try on multiple gowns from our curated bridal collection.
The final minutes of your appointment will be reserved for:
- Measurements
- Styling consultation
- Order completion (if you find your gown)
🌿 Private Boutique Experience
Each appointment is entirely private and personalized.
You will enjoy a refined boutique atmosphere with complimentary refreshments such as:
- Tea & coffee
- Sparkling beverages
All within an elegant setting designed to make your bridal experience enjoyable and memorable.
🚚 Production & Delivery Timelines
We recommend placing your order 2 to 8 months before your wedding.
For faster needs:
- Ready-to-wear options are available
- Selected models may be delivered in shorter timeframes
🎀 What to Bring
To ensure the most accurate fitting experience, please bring:
- Seamless nude undergarments
- Heels similar to your wedding shoes
