Items purchased through Maison Harleen are not eligible for return.
Exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or faults. No returns or exchanges will be accepted under any other circumstances.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must:
- Be unused and unworn,
- Be free from makeup, deodorant marks, odors, stains, or any signs of wear,
- Have all original tags attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
Customized items are only eligible for exchange in accordance with our Customization Policy.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange. Any items received after this period will not be accepted.
Once the returned item is received, please allow up to 10 days for inspection and processing. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed.
Maison Harleen reserves the right to refuse exchanges in cases of suspected misuse or excessive claims.
