We want you to love your Maison Harleen purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason - not only manufacturing defects.

Returns are free. Maison Harleen covers the cost of return shipping, so there is no cost to you.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn,
  • Be free from makeup, deodorant marks, odors, stains, or any signs of wear,
  • Have all original tags attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
