We are delighted that you’ve chosen to take the first step toward discovering your dream gown with Eva Lendel | Wedding dresses. To ensure a refined, seamless, and memorable bridal experience, please review the following important details regarding your appointment:

👥 Guest Policy

We kindly host the bride along with up to two guests during the appointment.
Our aim is to provide a focused and comfortable environment tailored to your experience.

👶 Children & Infant Policy

We warmly welcome newborns of the bride. However, to allow you to enjoy your appointment without interruption, we kindly ask that a dedicated guest accompanies you to care for the baby.
Children under the age of 14 are not recommended to attend due to the length and nature of the appointment.

💳 Appointment Fee Refund Policy

If you place an order for a full-priced gown, your appointment fee will be fully refunded.

⏰ Running Late?

If you are delayed, please contact us at +90 212 843 31 11 as soon as possible.
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled time, the appointment may be released and rescheduling will be required.

👗 Dress Trial Experience

During your one-hour private appointment, you will have time to try on 2 to 10 gowns, depending on your preferences.
The final 10 minutes are reserved for taking your measurements and completing your order, should you find the one.

🌿 Private Boutique Experience

Every appointment at Eva Lendel | Wedding dresses is private and personalized.
Enjoy a selection of refreshments such as tea, coffee, or sparkling beverages while discovering your gown in an elegant setting designed for comfort and style.

🚚 Production & Delivery Timelines

We recommend placing your order 2 to 8 months before your wedding day.
If you’re on a tighter schedule, we offer Rush and Super Rush services at an additional fee.
We also have a curated collection of ready-to-wear gowns available for quick delivery.

🎀 What to Bring

To help us provide the most accurate fit and styling advice, please bring:

• Seamless nude undergarments

• Heels similar in height to those you plan to wear on your wedding day
  (If not available, we provide a fitting platform for height simulation.)
