Processing & Production Time

  • Ready-to-wear items: Shipped within 1 business day after order confirmation
  • Custom-made dresses: Prepared within 10 business days
  • Custom-made bridal gowns: Production time ranges between 3 to 5 months, depending on the design

Shipping & Delivery Time

All orders are delivered via our trusted shipping partners.

  • Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier operations

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over £500
  • For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Custom Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Maison Harleen is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Important Notice – Custom Orders

All custom-made dresses and bridal gowns are non-returnable and non-refundable.

As these pieces are specially produced upon order and cannot be resold, we do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations (after production has started)
